Ingredients for Masala Filling:

Larger size potatoes 2
Medium onion chopped 1
Mustard seed 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric 1/2 spoon
Yellow split peas 1/2 spoon
Green chili 2
Salt to taste
Oil 1 table spoon



Ingredients for Dosa Shell:

Rice 600gm
Urad Dal 200gm
Salt to taste
Oil as required





Method of Preparation for Masala Filling:

01. First hit oil
02. Add mustard seed, peas, onions and spice
03. Fry it on medium hit until onions turn into a golden brown color.
04. Add potatoes and mix and cooks some more



Method of Preparation for Dosa Shell:

01. Separately soak rice and urad dal at least 6 hours or overnight in water.
02. Grind to paste.
03. And mix both together and add salt with water to make batter.
04. Leave in room normal temperature overnight.
05. Mix onion and chilies with little oil.
06. After mix all, heat pan or griddle with little oil.
07. Cooks it on both side, if you want.


Method of Serve Masala Dosa:

01. Masala Filling inside the dosa shell and roll it.
02. Serve with hot chutney.
