¾ tea-spoon chopped garlic
2 table-spoon chopped onion
½ tea-spoon sugar (if you need)
½ cup sliced onion
½ cup oil
Salt to test



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Cut the chicken into pieces and clean well with water.
02. Heat the oil in a pen and add sliced onion, cinnamon sticks, labongo and cardamom (gota garam masala), fry until become light brown color.
03. Now add all above chopped and powder masala (except garam masala powder).
04. Add little water with masala and cook for moments (Kosia nin). Then add yogurt (tok doi) and cook for more few minutes (Kosia nin).
05. Now add chicken and salt. Make sure chicken mix finely with masala and cover the pen.
06. Cook continue with medium heat
07. When chicken boil enough then add sugar, garam masala powder, sliced pineapple, sliced dry chili. Again cover the pen (dome din) and cook continue.
08. When its enough thick (makha makha hole) then remove from heat.
09. Serve hot with polawo or rice.

01. Mix finely the yogurt, bin, cumin, sliced garlic and salt with beef.
02. Now add enough water and boil on low heat.
03. Heat the oil in a pen, and then add onion, cloves garlic, ginger and garam masala and fry.
04. Then add rest of chopped masala and fry for 4-5 minutes on low heat.
05. Now add boiled beef and cook continue on low heat.
06. Add lemon juice.
07. When oil will come top of beef then remove from heat.

02. Now mix the brinjal (begun) with dry flower.
03. Heat the oil in a pen, and then fry brinjal. Remove from oil and keep aside.
04. Fry the sliced onion with rest of oil of pen.
05 Then add marinate beef and cook for 10 minutes.
06. Now take a pot or dish.

08. Then add milk (enough thick) with beef kima.

Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First cut the beef into 2 inches pieces. Then clean the beef with water and rinse well.
02. Now place the beef into a ball and add all above masala (chopped and powder), yogurt (tokdoi) and salt, mix finely with beef and marinate for 1 hour.
03. Heat the oil in a cooking pen and add methi (Methi foron dia tel cheke nita hobe).
04. Now add sliced onion and fry until become brown color.
05. Then add marinated meet (beef) and cook for mew minutes without water. (Mangsho valvabe koshia nita hobe)

05. Add the semai on top of hot caramel.

07. Then keep the semai into woven for 40 minutes and heat it on 160 degree.
08. Remove from woven allow sometime for cold and serve.

5-6 pieces green chilies

For Mini Parota:

3 cups refined flower (mayday)
2 table-spoons milk powder
4 table-spoons butter oil
1 table-spoon sugar
½ tea-spoon salt
Light-hot water as required
Oil for fry



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

For Beef:

01. Add the all above ingredients with beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
02. Now heat the oil in a saucepan, and then add the marinated beef.
03. Cook for little moment, and then add 1 cup hot water with beef.
04. Then cook for more 30 minutes on low heat.
05. When beef is enough boiled then remove from heat and keep aside.


For Mini Parota:

01. First add the flower, milk powder, sugar, butter oil and salt in a ball. Mix together all the above ingredients finely.
02. Now mix the enough light-hot water with flower mixture and knead into soft dough.
03. Now decide the dough in small pieces, and then roll the each dough to make small plan-brad (ruti).
04. Then add oil and flower inside each plan-brad (ruti) and make ball again. Keep aside.
05. Now again roll out the each balls and make plan-brad.
06. Heat the enough oil in a deep pen.
07. Add the plan-brad (ruti) into heated oil and fry till become brown color.
08. Remove from oil and place on paper towel for reduce oil.
09. Before serve heat the beef again then serve with hot Parota.

01. Mix finely the refined flower, milk, egg, sugar and water. Mix gradually to make soft dough, and then make flat Ruti or tandoori.
02. Heat the oil in a flat pen, and then fry the Ruti (plan Brade).

2 cup vanilla ice-cream
Ice cube as required
½ cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cup milk powder
Few drops essence
1 cup boiled noodles
2 table-spoons Mawoa
½ cup boiled sabudana
2-table-spoons china grass
½ tea-spoon rosewater (golapjol)
Fruit syrup as required
2-table-spoons sliced cashew nuts (pestabadam kuchi)
Strawberry and vanilla flavor jello (crushed coarsely)
2 cups apple, banana, grave (cut in small pieces)



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Mix the water, milk powder and sugar in a pot or pen together, then cook for few minutes. When it’s enough boiled, remove from heat and keeps into refrigerator for cold.
02. Now boil the noodles, then wash noodles with water and pinch water finely, then add table-spoons sugar with noodles and mix together finely. If want you can add few drops essence for color the noodles, and then keeps noodles into refrigerator for cold.
03. Now mix the china grass with 2 cups water in a pot and boil until mix well it with water, then add the jello powder and mix finely and transfer the mixture in a tray and wait for cold.
04. When its enough cold and hard, cut like cube pieces. Like above you need to make three different flavors jello cube.
05. Now make Falooda in a wineglass or mug – first place the noodles into ball, then place sagudana, jello cube, fruites, boiled milk (cold), jello cube (again), mawoa and ice cube one after one. Then place the ice-cream scoop on top and again add jello cube and fruit juice (red) and rosewater on top of ice-cream.
06. Serve it immediately with cold.

1 tea-spoon raisin (Kichmich)
4 green chilies
Salt to test 



Mehtod of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First boil the eggs and remove skin.
02. Fry the boiled egg lightly.
03. Heat the ghee in a pen and add the Garam Masala powder, fry it lightly, then add sliced onion and fry for little moment.
04. Now add the ginger, garlic, onion m dhoneguru powder, golmorich powder, cashew-nut, cinnamon sticks, lobongo, cardamom, bay leaves, yogurt (tokdoi), water and salt.
05. All above ingredients mix finely and cook well few minutes, and then add eggs.
06. Cover the pen and cook for few minutes.
07. Add the raisin and sugar just before remove the heat, string it frequently.
08. Now add the green chilies and sliced lemon and turn off heat.
09. Cover the pen for 10 Minutes.
10. Sever it with rice or polawo.

01. Soak the peas into 4 cups of water for 7-8 hours.
02. Remove hard skin and clean the shrimps well.
02. Mix well the salt and turmeric powder with shrimps and marinate it for 10-15 minutes.
03. Now heat the oil (1 table-spoon) in a pen, and then fry the shrimps for 3-4 minutes over high heat.
04. Transfer it in a dish and sprinkle the red pepper powder over the hot shrimps and keep aside.
05. Drain the peas and grind into soft paste, and then mix the shrimps, salt, red paper powder, green chilies, onions and chopped coriander leaves. Make sure the mixture is enough thick.
06. Again heat the remaining oil in a pan.
07. Add the above paste one by one and fry it until become brown color. Its looking like a ball or bora, make sure each ball (bora) have shrimps before fry in oil.
08. Remove from heat and keep on paper towel to drain excess oil.
09. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.

Method of preparation (How to Cook):

01. Cut the chicken into 2 inches pieces, and then clean finely and rinse it.
02. Heat the oil or ghee in a saucepan, add chopped onions and fry for 3-4 minutes, then add toasting seeds, garlic, ginger, green chili, red chili powder, turmeric powder and water, make paste.
03. Stir in well and fry for couple of minutes.
04. Now add the chicken pieces, stir in well.
05. Mix together finely the yogurt, tomato puree and onion puree in a jug with the water or stock, and then add with chicken, mix finely.
06. Turn up the heat until the sauce begins to simmer and leave to simmer for 15-20 Minutes. And stir it occasionally. You can add water if needed.
07. Now add the garam masala and chopped coriander, and stir in well for the final 2 minutes of cooking. Make sure its dry enough.
08. Garnish with the onion barista before serve.
09. Serve it hot with rice, porota, chapatti etc.

01. First cut the beef into small pieces, almost make 100 pieces.

03. Now add little water and beef.
04. Cook for 1 hour on light heat.

01. First melt the ghee.
02. Mix finely the flour, sugar, salt in a deep pen (ball), then mix 2 table-spoons ghee and egg with the flower mixture. Make sure all the ingredients mix finely.
03. Now mix the enough water with flower mixture and knead into soft dough.
04. Divide the dough into 3 portions equally.
05. Roll out each portion into a plan brad or chapatti.
06. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.
07. Now spread a little ghee on a flat pen or tray.
08. Keep one chapatti on it, then apply some ghee to the chapatti and gently pull the edges of the chapatti so that it gradually spreads into a thin one.
09. Fold into half and again into half to resemble a triangle.
10. Again keep it covered with a damp cloth.
11. Now preheat up the oven to 190ºc. And gently pat each triangle to a fairly thin chapatti.
12. Keep them at least 10 cm apart on the baking tray.
13. Bake in the oven at 190ºc for about 30 minutes.
14. Remove from oven and serve hot with curry.

6-7 pieces whole green chili
6 pieces cinnamon sticks (darchini)
6 pieces cardamom (elachi)
6 pieces bay leaves (tejpata)
½ cup ghee
1 cup oil
Hot water
Salt



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Cut the mutton (make 1½  inches mutton pieces)
02. Mix finely the ginger, garlic and salt with muttons.
03. Heat the oil and ghee in a pen, then add sliced onion (peyaje kuchi) and fry it till cum brown color.
04. Now add mutton mixture with fried onion. String it frequently, adds hot water.
05. Cook mutton tills enough boiled.
06. When its boiled enough then add the chopped onion, cumin powder, sweet chili powder, chopped green chili, non-sweet yogurt (tok doi), sweet yogurt and cook finely (kochiya nite hobe)  till mutton become top of oil. Then add the cashew nut and cook finely (valovabe kochiya nite hobe) for few minutes.
07. Now add the cardamom (elachi), cinnamon (daruchini), bay leaves (tejpata), whole green chili and hot water, and cover it until mutton become soft.
08. When mutton becomes top of oil (taler upore ashle), then add whole green chilies and remove it from heat.
09. Serve it hot with rice, pulao and porate.

Bengalis Eid never fulfill without Semai. Every Bengali people like to eat Semai on Eid day. There have different kind of recipe of Semai. Today we discuss about one; it is Dudh Semai (Semai with milk). It’s easy to cook and testy Bengali desert cuisine, look at below and cook it.










Ingredients for Dudh Semai:

1 lit milk (dudh)
1 cup semai
1 sugar syrup (chinir sira)
1 table-spoon ghee
1 table-spoon sliced groundnut (badam kuchi)
1 table-spoon raisin (kichmish)
Salt if needed 



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First heat the ghee in a pen, then add Semai and fry for 2-3 minutes.
02. Boil the milk in a deep pen, continue heated the milk until enough thick (like ½ of 1 lit). Keep hit very low or stop hitting the milk.
03. Now add the Semai with boiled milk, then add sugar syrup and salt.
04. When semai and milk missed finely then add sliced groundnut (Badam Kuchi) and raisin (kichmish).
05. And you can serve it hot and cold both way depend on your test.

Chicken Vegetable Roll For Ramadan:
‘Chicken Vegetable Roll’ is delicious cuisine. It very testy and to ensure your delicious iftar try to keep it on your Ramadan food menu. Also it will be a best choice for your evening breakfast. There are given below easy recipe of ‘Chicken Vegetable Roll’. You can make it easily in Bengali flavor just follow the given recipe.









Ingriedients for Chicken Vegetable Roll:


Chicken Vegetable mixture:
1 cup boneless chicken (murgi kima )
2 table-spoons sliced carrot (gajor kuchi)
1 cup sliced onion (peyaje kuchi)
1 table-spoon chopped garlic (rosun bata)
1 table-spoon sliced green chilies (kacka morich kuchi)
½ table-spoon turmeric powder (holud gura)
1-table-spoon tomato sauce
Oil as required
Salt to test

For Ruti:
1 cup refined flower (Moyda)
1 cup milk
1 egg
Water as required
Salt to test

For Fry:
Toast powder (Toaster guru)
1 egg, beaten
Oil



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

Filling:01. For the filling, heat the oil in a pen, then add chicken and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
02. Add the garlic, cumin powder and salt cook continue, string it occasionally.
03. When chicken is cook enough, then add the carrot, onion, green chilies and tomato sauce, string the mixture to make sure all the ingredients mix finely. And keep aside.

Pen Cake (Ruti):
01. For pen cake (ruti), mix finely the refined flower, milk, egg and water. Mix gradually to make soft dough. Press the dough and divide the dough equally into balls.
02. Flatten each ball between the palms and roll into thin 8 cm-discs or into 4 inch-rounds. Pen cake (Ruti) is ready for filling.
03. Now filling the each ruti with chicken vegetable mixture. And make roll.
04. Beat egg in a ball, and then mix finely the roll in beaten egg.
05. Then roll mix with toast powder.
06. Heat the oil in a deep fry pen, then add roll in oil and fry it till come brown color.
07. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.

Mixed Chicken Soup Recipe for Ramadan:

Ingredients for Mixed Chicken Soup:

½ Kg boneless Chicken (Murgir Mangsho)
1 piece carrot (Gajor)
½ cup papaya (Pepa)
½ cup boiled small porn (Chingri)
1 Egg
3 green chilies (Kacha Morich)
1 tea spoon chopped garlic (Rasun Bata)
1 table spoon corn flower
2 Thai leaves 
½ tea spoon gol marich (round chili) powder
2 tea spoons cheese (makhon)
Sauce depend on your test
1 tea spoon salt



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First clean well the chicken.
02. Boil the enough water in a deep pen, and then add boneless chicken and salt with water and boil continue.
03. When chicken is boil enough, remove from water and rinse the chicken.
04. Now cut the boneless chicken in small pieces, then wash it again and mix with salt and gol marich powder.
05. Now heat the oil in a fry pen, and then add the chicken pieces with the heated oil and fry it.
06. Add the cheese and chopped garlic and continue fry it, then add the boiled porn, sliced papaya and green chili and mix all finely.
07. Add enough water and cover it (give chicken stock). When it’s boiled enough, then mix finely egg (fetano dim) with it and keep string well.
08. Corn flower mix finely with cold water, and then add the Thai leaves, corn flower mixture and sauce with chicken stock and cook till 10 minutes more just before remove from heat
09. And serve it hot.

Dhonepatai Murgi Bhuna (Chicken with Coriander) Recipe:
Dhonepatai Murgi Bhuna (Chicken with Coriander) is a one of the delicious Bengali cuisine. It will be best for make sure your testy Iftar and Cheheri in Ramadan. I also like it lot, simply to say it’s a favorite chicken dish for me. I am asking peoples to take test of it soon who still don’t take it test. There I given below the recipe of it, just follow it try to cook. 








Ingredients Dhonepatai Murgi Bhuna (Chicken with Corander):

5 - 6 regular pieces chicken
1 cups coriander (dhonepatai)
1/2 cup chopped onion (peyaje bata)
1 tablespoon chopped ginger (ada bata)
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic (rosun bata)
1 tablespoon chopped green chili (Kacha morich)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (holud gura)
1/2 teaspoon whole cumin - 1 teaspoon (jira)
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoons lemon juice
Sliced Lemon
Coriander (without chopped)
Green chili (without chopped)
1/4 cup oil
Salt to test



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First clean well and rinse the chicken pieces, then marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
02. Now heat the oil in a non-stick pen. When heat enough, add the chicken pieces with heated oil. And fry the chicken pieces until they turn brown color. Keep aside.
03. Add the whole cumin in the same pan and start frying.
04. Now mix the onions, ginger and garlic with cumin and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
05. At this time again add the fried chicken to the mixture and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
06. Add the chopped green chili and coriander and pour a cup of water with chicken, cover it and stir.
07. Now reduce the heat and wait until the water dries up, and then mix the lemon juice and sugar.
08. Continue cook over low heat until the chicken is cooked and fried.
09. When it’s ready, decorate with few more coriander, sliced lemon and green chili on top and serve it hot with rice and prorate.
