Ingredients Of Fish Curry:

8 fish fillets
2 table spoon lemon juice
1 table spoon red chili powder
4 red chillies whole
1 table spoon mustard paste
1 table spoon turmeric powder
4 green chillies slit
2 table spoom coriander powder 
1 table spoon garlic paste
1 table spoon mustard seeds
1 bay leaf
2 cup onions chopped
1 table spoon ginger paste
1 table spoon onion seeds (kalonji)
mustard oil for frying
salt to taste



Method Of Preparation(How to cook):

01. Clean and cut fish fillet, wash well, remove excess water and then marinate with lime juice, turmeric powder and salt.
02. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
03. Heat up a pan, mix in 1 table spoon oil, shallow fry marinated fish from both sides until slightly browned.
04. Take off and keep aside.
05. Heat up remaining oil, mix in mustard seeds, kalonji, whole dry red chillies and bay leaf, stir fry for a few minutes till seeds crackles, mix in ginger, garlic paste and stir fry again for a moment.
06. Mix in cut onion and stir fry until slightly brown in colour.
07. Mix in mustard paste, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, stir fry masala nicely until oil starts separating.
08. Adjust water and salt, bring to boil and then mix in shallow fried fish, put green chilli slits on top.
09. Stir fry on a slow flame until fish get cooked and oil starts floating on top of gravy.
10. Take off and decorate with cut green coriander leaves.

Ingredients Of Chingri Pakora:

500 gm shrimps (shelled)
few sprigs coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp soy sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup refined flour
2 onions chopped
2 green chillies chopped
oil for frying



Method Of Preparation(How to cook):

01. First cream the egg, flour and little oil.
02. Mix in the shelled shrimps, soy sauce, ginger paste, cut coriander leaves and cut onions.
03. All mix finely.
04. Shape into balls or flat cutlets.
05. Heat up oil in a pen and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown color.
06. Serve its hot hot.
