Ingredients for Lassa Delight:

4 pieces egg
1½ liter milk
¾ cup sugar
1 cup Lassa Semai
1 table-spoon ghee
1 tea spoon Kewora
½ cup condense milk



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Boiled the milk until become enough thick. (Almost like half of 1½ liter milk).
02. Add the egg with milk and mix together finely, keep aside.
03. Now heat the ghee in a sauce-pen, and then add the Lassa Semai with ghee and fry until become brown color.
04. For making the caramel, mix together 3 table-spoon sugar and 1 table spoon water into a pudding maker pot or boll.
05. Add the semai on top of hot caramel.
06. Now add the egg-milk mixture with semai.
07. Then keep the semai into woven for 40 minutes and heat it on 160 degree.
08. Remove from woven allow sometime for cold and serve.

Ingredients for Green Papaya Juice:

1 cup sliced papaya
1 cup non-sweet yogurt (Tok Doi)
1 cup water
6-8 table-spoons sugar
2 table-spoons sliced coriander leaves and mint leaves (dhonepata and pudinapata kuchi)
½ tea-spoons bit-salt (bit laban)
½ tea-spoons peppercorn powder (golmarich guro)
¼ tea-spoons cumin powder (Jira guro)
Salt to test
Crushed ice as required 



Method of Preparation (how to Cook):

01. Place all above ingredients except crushed ice into a blender.
02. Then blend in finely.
03. When juice is ready then place in a drinking glass or mug.
04. Mix the crushed ice with juice and serve immediately.

1 cup Chana

1 table-spoon gram-flower (Besan)
1 table-spoon refined flower (Moyda)
½ cup oil
2 table-spoon cashew-nut (Pesta Badam)
Sugar Syrup



Method of preparation (how to Cook):

01. First cut finely the chana to use chopper-bored.
02. Then mix the chana accordingly with refined flower (moyda), cornflower and gram flower.
03. Heat the oil in a sauce pen and add the chana into oil (Chajrite Makhano Dow Niya Ghoshe Ghoshe Goram Tele Charun).
04. Slowly fry it and remove from oil.
05. Now place this on sugar Syrup.
06. Remove from syrup and place on a dish.
07. Decorate with cashew-nut and serve.

01. First mix finely the all above masala and brade (paworuti) with beef kima.
02. Blend an egg finely, and then mix finely with beef kima.
03. Divide the Beef kima and make round- flat shape like small ball. Keep aside.
04. Again blend another egg in a pen.
05. Now Kima ball mix with egg.
06. Heat the oil in a sauce pen and add kima boll one by one.
07. Fry it until become brown color.
08. When fry enough then remove from heat and place on paper towel for reduce oil.
09. Serve it hot with Ruti or Porota.

01. Cut the mutton and potato into small pieces.
02. Heat the oil in sauce pen, and then add sliced onion and fry.
03. Then mix the all above masala (chopped & powder), salt and little water, cook well for few moments.
04. Then add the mutton, cook enough. Make sure the masala mix well with meet.
05. Now add the lentils (Cholar Dal) and potatoes and cook continue.

02. Then add the tamarind, Vinegar (Sirka), Sugar and Salt. String continuously tills mix finely.
03. Now add the whole green chilies, cook for few moments.
04. When all the ingredients mix or cook finely then remove from heat.
05. Your chutney is ready now.
06. Allow few times for cool, and then you can place it on a bottle or serve instantly.

4 pieces cinnamon sticks (daruchini)
4 pieces cardamom (elachi)
7-8 pieces golmarich
7-8 pieces labango
1 table-spoon tomato sauce
1 tea-spoon sugar
1 table-spoon red chili powder
2 table-spoons yogurt without sweet (tak doi)
Salt to test
Little cumin seeds powder
5-6 pieces green chilies
Oil as required

For Mini Parota:

3 cups refined flower (mayday)
2 table-spoons milk powder
4 table-spoons butter oil
1 table-spoon sugar
½ tea-spoon salt
Light-hot water as required
Oil for fry



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

For Beef:

01. Add the all above ingredients with beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
02. Now heat the oil in a saucepan, and then add the marinated beef.
03. Cook for little moment, and then add 1 cup hot water with beef.
04. Then cook for more 30 minutes on low heat.
05. When beef is enough boiled then remove from heat and keep aside.


For Mini Parota:

01. First add the flower, milk powder, sugar, butter oil and salt in a ball. Mix together all the above ingredients finely.
02. Now mix the enough light-hot water with flower mixture and knead into soft dough.
03. Now decide the dough in small pieces, and then roll the each dough to make small plan-brad (ruti).
04. Then add oil and flower inside each plan-brad (ruti) and make ball again. Keep aside.
05. Now again roll out the each balls and make plan-brad.
06. Heat the enough oil in a deep pen.
07. Add the plan-brad (ruti) into heated oil and fry till become brown color.
08. Remove from oil and place on paper towel for reduce oil.
09. Before serve heat the beef again then serve with hot Parota.
