Adraki Palak Tawa Kebab Recipe:

Ingredients for Palak Tawa Kebab:

2 bunches of spinach, cleaned and finely chopped
2 potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
4-5 bread slices crumbled
1 large onion finely chopped
2-3 fresh green chilies finely chopped
1/2 table spoon grated ginger
Small bunch coriander leaves, chopped
1 big pinch garam masala pwd
1 table spoon coriander seeds coarsely pounded
1 tea spoon amchur pwd (dry mango pwd) or 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Oil for shallow frying
Salt to taste.




Method of Preparation ( Cooks ):

01. First combine finely all the above ingredients (except oil) and shape into pattis. And refrigerate for 20 minutes.
02. Heat a non-stick tawa and drizzle some oil and place 4-5 kebabs and shallow fry on both sides till brown color (Alternatively, you can charcoal grill/oven-broil the kebabs by coating the grill with some oil to prevent them from sticking).
03. After complete serve it hot with tomato sauce or date and tamarind chutney.
