Spicy Thai Green Papaya Salad Recipe

Spicy Thai Green Papaya Salad Recipe:
It’s one of my favorite salads. This spicy Thai salad is very testy and healthy and beast for vegetarian people. Within 35 (Preparation: 20 and Cook: 15) minutes anybody can make it easily on home just follow the given recipe.










Ingredients for Spicy Thai Green Papaya Salad:

2 medium-large green papayas, peeled, seeds removed, and shredded
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
4 table spoons Thai fish sauce
1/4 cup minced shallot
3 Thai bird chilies or Serrano chilies, seeded and finely chopped
3 table spoons coconut-palm sugar or golden cane sugar
1 & 1/2 tea spoons minced garlic
2 table spoons chiffonier fresh mint leaves
1 & 1/3 table spoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts, for garnish



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Combine the lime juice, fish sauce, shallot, chilies, sugar and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth.
02. Keep aside for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
03. Now combine the papayas, carrots, mint leaves and chopped cilantro in a medium salad bowl.
04. Mix the dressing and toss to combine thoroughly.
05. Decorate with the cilantro leaves and chopped peanuts and serve immediately.

Thai Chicken with Carrot-Ginger Salad Recipe:
Thai Chicken with Carrot-Ginger Salad is delicious Thai cuisine. It is very testy Thai food. You van cook it just follow the given recipe. Total time 40 minutes (Preparation time: 15 and Cook time: 25) need to cook it. 












Ingredients of Thai Chicken with Carrot-Ginger Salad:

4 skin-on, bone-in chicken breasts
2 table spoons unsalted butter, softened
3 garlic cloves; 2 chopped, 1 crushed
4 tea spoons Thai green curry paste
4 tea spoons finely chopped peeled ginger
Grated zest and juice of 3 limes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound carrots
 2 table spoons chopped fresh cilantro
Kosher salt



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First heat the oven to 450 degrees F and place a rack in a roasting pan.
02. Mix well the butter, chopped garlic, curry paste, 3 tea spoons ginger, the zest of 2 limes and the juice of 1 lime in a bowl.
03. Now season the chicken with salt. Loosen the skin and rub the curry butter underneath. Place skin-side up on the rack and pour about 1/2 cup water into the pan. Roast until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crisp, 20 - 25 minutes.
04. Now mix the crushed garlic with the remaining 1 teaspoon ginger, the zest of 1 lime and juice of 2 limes. Whisk in the vegetable oil.
05. Shave the carrots into ribbons with a vegetable peeler and toss with the dressing.
06. Mix the cilantro and 1/2 tea spoon salt and toss.
07. And serve the chicken with the carrot-ginger salad.

Thai Chicken Recipe:
There are given below delicious recipe of Thai Chicken. Total time need to 38 minutes for preparation and cook.













Ingredients for Thai Chicken:

1 & 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tea spoons Thai seasoning
16 ounce package frozen cut green beans, thawed
8-ounce package fresh sliced white mushrooms
14 ounce can light coconut milk (recommended: A Taste of Thai
Olive oil cooking spray
1 cup yellow onion, diced
1 tea spoon crushed garlic
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth chicken stock
1 lemon, jested
Freshly chopped cilantro leaves, for garnish





Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01: First cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.
02. Season chicken breast pieces with Thai seasoning and set aside.
03. Now spray a large nonstick skillet with olive oil cooking spray and heat it over medium-high heat.
04. Add seasoned chicken, onion, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until chicken is just cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes.
05. Mix the green beans, chicken stock, coconut milk and lemon zest.
06. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the beans are cooked about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
07. Remove from heat and put in a serving bowl.
08. Serve hot garnished with cilantro.

Thai Grilled Beef Salad Recipe

Thai Grilled Beef Salad Recipe:
“Thai Grilled Beef Salad” is a delicious Thai cuisine. Its need lot of time to preparation (about 4 Hour 30 minutes).












Ingredients for Grilled Thai Beef Salad:

1 pound top-round London broil or flank steak, about 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick
3 table spoons lime juice, divided
3 table spoons low-sodium soy sauce
3 table spoons canola oil
2 table spoon brown sugar
1 tea spoon minced garlic
1 & 1/2 tea spoons minced ginger
1 & 1/4 tea spoons red curry paste or chili-garlic sauce
1/2 head red-leaf lettuce, torn (about 6 cups)
3 shallots, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup), divided, for garnish
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, rinsed and dried
1 cup basil leaves, sliced into ribbons



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First rinse and pat the meat until dry.
02. Place in a sealable plastic bag or small glass dish.
03. In a medium bowl mix 1 table spoon of the lime juice, soy sauce, canola oil, and brown sugar, garlic, and ginger and red curry paste.
04. Pour half the mixture into the bag with the meat.
05. And add the remaining 2 table spoons lime juice to the bag. And seal it tightly.
06. And preserve meat in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Keep the rest of the mixture refrigerated, to dress the salad.
07. Spray grill pan with cooking spray and preheat. Grill steak until medium-hit, about 5 minutes per side. Let rest until room temperature then slice thinly against the grain.
08. Mix lettuce, sliced shallot, cilantro, basil and beef in a salad bowl, reserving a few shallots for garnish.
09. Add the reserved dressing and toss to coat. Divide salad among 4 plates and garnish with reserved sliced shallots.

6 table spoons Thai tea
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, or more to depend on your taste

02. After boil water, place tea in a tea sock and add to the boiling water, remove from the heat, and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you like.
03. Strain the tea into a pitcher and stir in the condensed milk.
04. Fill 4 highball glasses with crushed ice, pour in the tea, and stir to chill.
05. Add more sweetened condensed milk, if you want.

Grilled Steak With Papaya Salad - Thai Recipe

Grilled Steak With Papaya Salad - Thai Recipe:
Its a delicious Thai Food. Total time are needed to cook it 95 minutes. Just follow the recipe to cook it.














Ingredients Of Grilled Steak:
1 & 1/2 pounds beef tenderloin
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Thai bird chile, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 to 3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup peanut oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper









Ingredients Of Papaya Salad:

1 large green papaya, peeled and thinly shredded
2 carrots, peeled and thinly shredded
1 shallot, peeled and finely chopped
2 Thai bird chiles, finely chopped
1 tblespoon chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tea spoon sugar
2 tble spoon fish sauce
8 large red romaine lettuce leaves, cut into strips
1 bunch watercress
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts, for garnish
Chopped cilantro, for garnish




Method Of Preparation(How To Cook) - Grilled Steak:

01. At first place garlic, chile, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and oil in a mini food processor and process until smooth.
02. Now place beef in a small baking dish, pour the marinade over, and turn to coat.
03. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
04. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
05. Remove the beef from the marinade and season it with salt and pepper.
06. And grill meat until charred and cooked to medium-rare doneness, about 10 to 12 minutes.
07. After complete it remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before slicing into 1/4-inch thick slices.


Method Of Preparation(How To Cook) - Papaya Salad:
  
01. In a small bowl, whisk together the shallot, chiles, mint, vinegar, sugar, and fish sauce and set aside.
02. In another bowl, toss the lettuce leaves and watercress together and then arrange the mixture on a platter.
03. Now combine the papaya and carrots in a medium bowl.
04. Evenly distribute the papaya mixture over the lettuce. Drizzle with a few tablespoons of the dressing.
05. Arrange the steak on top and drizzle steak with some more dressing.
06. Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
