Bengali Niramish Dalna with Mushroom

Bengali Niramish Dalna with Mushroom:
Its a exclusive vegetable dish. Its make with mushroom, potato and tomato. Very healthy and testy food. It will best choice for vegetarian people. Try to make it just follow the given recipe.











Ingredients for Niramish Dalna:

1 cup mushroom
4 pieces potatoes
1 pieces tomato
½ tea-spoon chopped ginger
½ tea-spoon chopped cumin seed
½ tea-spoon turmeric powder
1 tea-spoon red chili powder
1 tea-spoon garam masala powder
1 tea-spoon sugar
1 tea-spoon salt   
¼ cup oil
1 table-spoon ghee (butter oil)
2 pieces bay-leaves



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Cut the mushroom into pieces, and then clean finely with water.
02. Cut the potato into pieces, and then clean finely with water. Mix salt with potato.
03. Now heat the oil in a frying pen. Add potato pieces and fry it. Keep aside.
04. Then add bay leaves in rest of oil and fry for little time.
05. Then add all above chopped masala and fry for little time then add little water and cook continue.
06. Add tomato (tomato chotke din), mushroom and potato.
07. Then add all above powder masala. Make sure all massla mix finely.
08. Now add water as required and cover the pen.
09. When its enough boiled then add sugar. Cook for few more.
10. Before remove from heat add ghee on top.
11. Now your Niramish Dalna is ready for serve.

Bengali Mushroom Kofta - Vegetarian Recipe

Bengali Mushroom Kofta - Vegetarian Recipe:
Mushroom is a famous food in all part of world. Day by day it is become a popular in Bengali peoples also e. Bengali people cook it different way in Bengali flavor. Mushroom Kofta is one of them. It’s really testy and healthy food especially for vegetarian people.. Anybody can try it home just follow the given recipe.









Ingredients for Mushroom Kofta:

250 gm mushroom
3 table-spoons Besan
1 tea-spoon Anar-dana powder
½ tea-spoon turmeric powder
1 tea-spoon red chili powder
1 tea-spoon salt
½ cup oil





Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First clean the mushroom finely with water.
02. Then blend the mushroom finely to use a blender. Make smooth paste of mushroom.
03. Now mix the others ingredients finely with blended mushroom. If need you can add little water.
04. Make small ball of mushroom mixture and keep aside.
05. Heat the oil in deep fry pen, and then add small ball for fry.
06. Fry mushroom ball until become brown color.
07. Remove the ball from oil and keep on a paper towel for drain access oil.
08. Serve it hot with your favorite flavor sauce.
