Ingredients for Niramish Dalna:
1 cup mushroom
4 pieces potatoes
1 pieces tomato
½ tea-spoon chopped ginger
½ tea-spoon chopped cumin seed
½ tea-spoon turmeric powder
1 tea-spoon red chili powder
1 tea-spoon garam masala powder
1 tea-spoon sugar
1 tea-spoon salt
¼ cup oil
1 table-spoon ghee (butter oil)
2 pieces bay-leaves
Method of Preparation (How to Cook):
01. Cut the mushroom into pieces, and then clean finely with water.
02. Cut the potato into pieces, and then clean finely with water. Mix salt with potato.
03. Now heat the oil in a frying pen. Add potato pieces and fry it. Keep aside.
04. Then add bay leaves in rest of oil and fry for little time.
05. Then add all above chopped masala and fry for little time then add little water and cook continue.
06. Add tomato (tomato chotke din), mushroom and potato.
07. Then add all above powder masala. Make sure all massla mix finely.
08. Now add water as required and cover the pen.
09. When its enough boiled then add sugar. Cook for few more.
10. Before remove from heat add ghee on top.
11. Now your Niramish Dalna is ready for serve.
