Ingredients for Tok Doiyar Sarbat:
2 cups tok doi (nonsweet yogurt)
½ sliced apple
50 gm sliced grave
1 tea-spoon sliced pudina pata
1 table-spoon sugar (if needed)
1 mug cold water
Salt to test
Method of Preparation (How to Cook):
01. Place all above ingredients together in a blender.
02. And blend well.
03. Transfer in drinking glass and serve immediately.
