Fish & Chips Recipe:
Fish & Chips is a delicious western fish cuisine. Anbody can cook it just follow the given recipe.


Ingredients for Fish & Chips:
 1/2 kg fish fillet
 peeled & cut into strips of 4 large potatoes
1 cup of milk
1 cup all-purpose flower
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 pcs Egg
1 tsp baking powder
oil as required

Method of Preparation (How to cook):

01. Place all potatoes in a medium size bowl with cold water.
02. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
03. Stir in the milk & egg
04. Stir until the mixture is become smooth.
05. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes.
06. Now heat oil in a large pot.
07. And fry the potatoes in the hot oil until they are tender, then drain on paper towels.
08. Dredge the fish in the batter, one piece at a time and place them in hot oil.
09. Fry it into low medium heet until the fish gets golden brown color.
10. Drain well on paper toweld.
11. Fry the potatoes again for 1-2 minutes for added crispness
12. And finally serve it hot for the better test.

Ingredients for Margarita Fish Soft Tacos:

1 ounces tequila
4 to 5 tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 lime, zested and juiced
1/2 tea-spoon chili powder
2 (6 to 8-ounce) portions mahi mahi or halibut fillets
1/2 small to medium red onions, chopped
1 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 table-spoon seafood seasoning (recommended: Old Bay)
1 & 1/2 table-spoons vegetable oil
1/2 tea-spoon ground cumin
1/2 generous table-spoon honey
1/2 small ripe avocados, halved, seeded and flesh removed
4 soft flour tortillas
1/4 small white or red cabbage, shredded
Cooking spray
Salt and freshly ground black pepper




Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Combine the tequila with the lime zest and juice, 3/4 table-spoon vegetable oil, seafood seasoning, and chili powder in a bowl.
02. Coat the fish in the dressing.
03. Now heat medium skillet with the remaining 3/4 table-spoon of oil over medium-high heat.
04. Then add the onions, japaleno and garlic. Cook until the mixture begins to soften.
05. Now add the coarsely chopped tomatoes.Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and stir in the cumin. Cook until the tomato begins to soften, about 6 to 7 minutes more.
06. Then remove from the heat and keep aside for 5 minutes and wait for cool.
07. Now watchfully place the sauce into a food processor with the lemon zest and juice, honey and avocado.
08. And process until it becomes a thick salsa. Move it to a bowl and keep aside.
09. Now heat an outdoor grill (skillet) over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
10. Place the fish on grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Char the soft tacos over an open flame on a stove burner or grill to soften and char.
11. Serve the fish with tortillas alongside and top the fish with cabbage and salsa as you eat.

01.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
02. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
03. Put the fish fillets skin side down on the sheet pan.
04. And sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
05. Mix the creme fraiche, shallots, capers, 2 mustard, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl or pot.
06. Spoon the sauce evenly over the fish fillets, and make sure the fish is completely covered.
07. Cook in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish, until it's barely done. (The fish will flake easily at the thickest part when it's done.) Be sure not to overcook it.
08. Spoon the sauce over the top just before serve. And serve hot.

08. Now transfer the boiled fish on a dish and place the cooked masala around the fish.

½ cup sliced Amra, square size
½ cup sliced onion, fried
8-10 pieces whole green chili

01. Cut the boneless fish into ½ inches cube pieces. And rinse well with water.
02. Now all above ingredient (part 1) mix finely with fish pieces and marinate for 40-50 minutes.
03. Then all above ingredients (part 2) mix with marinated fish.
04. Now thread it into suchlike steak one by one.
05. Heat the oil in a fry pen, when oil enough heat then place all the suchlike steak in fry pen.
06. Turning steaks onto all four sizes for even heat distribution and brash sauce on suchlike.
07. When its become brown color then remove from heat and serve hot with sauce and salad.

3 cloves garlic, grated or minced
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 heart romaine, chopped
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
8 pepperoncini peppers
2 roasted red peppers, patted dry
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tea spoon ground cumin
1/4 cucumber, peeled and grated
Salt and pepper 



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First heat the grill pan over medium high heat.
02. Mix the juice and zest of 2 lemons, oregano, parsley, 2 cloves garlic, and olive oil and add fish, turn to coat and season with salt and pepper.
03. Wrap tortillas in foil and place in warm oven or directly on grill to soften and warm through.
04. Shred romaine lettuce and mix with sliced onions.

1 jalapeno, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
8 flour tortillas
Shredded white cabbage
Hot sauce
Sour cream
Thinly sliced red onion
Thinly sliced green onion
Chopped cilantro leaves
Pureed Tomato Salsa, recipe follows



Method of Preparation (How to Cook): 

Pured Tomato Salsa:

01. Heat grill or use side burners of the grill.
02. Heat oil in medium saucepan, Mix onions and garlic and cook until soft.
03. Now mix tomatoes, Serrano and jalapeno and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until tomatoes become soft.
04. Puree the mixture with a hand-held immersion blender until smooth and cook for more 10 to 15 minutes.
05. Mix the hot sauce, oregano, cilantro and lime juice and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
06. After complete keep it aside.

Fish Tacos:

01. Again preheat grill to medium-high heat.
02. Place fish in a medium size dish. And whisk together the oil, lime juice, ancho, jalapeno, and cilantro and pour over the fish. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
03. Now remove the fish from the marinade and place into a hot grill, flesh side down.
04. Grill the fish for 4 minutes on the first side and then flip for 30 seconds and remove. Let rest for 5 minutes then flake the fish with a fork.
05. Place the tortillas on the grill and grill for 20 seconds. Divide the fish among the tortillas and garnish with any or all of the garnishes.

Chips:

01. First heat 3 inches of the oil in a deep fryer to 325 degrees F.
02. Clean the potatoes and cut them into chips about the size of your index finger.
03. Put all chips of potatoes in a fryer basket and lower into the oil.
04. Fry the chips for 2 to 3 minutes.
05. Remove the chips from heating oil and keep all to a paper towel-lined platter to drain.

Fish:

01. Crank the oil temperature up to 375 degrees F.
02. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Combine soda water and egg and pour into the flour mixture. Whisk to a smooth batter.
03. Spread the rice flour on a plate.
04. And mix the fish pieces with the rice flour and then dip them into the batter, letting the excess drip off.
05. Put the chips in the bottom of the fryer basket and carefully submerge in the hot oil. Carefully lower the battered fish into the bubbling oil on top of the chips.
06. Fry the fish and chips for 4 to 5 minutes till become crispy and brown.
07. Remove the basket from heat oil and keep the fish and chips on paper towels.
08. Season Fish and Chips lightly with salt.
09. Serve wrapped in a newspaper cone with malt vinegar and/or tartar sauce.

Bengali Chingri (Prawn) Kofta Recipe:
Chingri Kofta (Prawn Kofta) is one of the favorite delicious cuisines for Bengali people. Anybody can cook its easily just follow the given recipe. 












Ingredients for Chigri Kofta:

500 gm small prawns (Chingri)
2 large Onions
4 pitches green chilies
1 table spoon coriander leaves
1 Egg
2 table spoons breadcrumbs
2 table spoons mustard oil
½ cup coconut (scraped)
2 tea spoons garam masala powder
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
Ginger: 1" piece
2 bay leaves
2 table spoons pure ghee
Salt: to taste 



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. At first shell, de-vein and wash the prawns. Then boil them.
02. When cooked, grind to make a smooth paste.
03. Add salt, onions, green chilies and cut coriander leaves into paste. And blend the mixer finely.
04. When the mixture is well blended, form into 12 balls, dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
05. Fry the balls in hot mustard oil till become brown color. When Kofta is ready keep it aside.
06. Extract milk from the coconut. And grind the big size onion, garam masala, turmeric, and ginger to a fine paste for the gravy.
07. Again heat up oil in a saucepan or pot.
08. When it smokes, fry the bay leaves and ground masala for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring all the time and mix little water to keep the spices from scorching.
09. Now gradually stir in the coconut milk extract and a little salt.
10. Mix in the koftas (balls) and allow the curry to simmer (boil slowly at low temperature) for about 10 minutes, till the gravy becomes rich and thick.
11. And add the pure ghee on top just before serving.

4 slices whole-wheat bread (1-ounce each)

1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek-style yogurt
2 table spoons mayonnaise
1 & 1/2 table spoons Dijon mustard
1/2 tea spoon Worcestershire sauce
1 table spoon snipped fresh chives
Pinch cayenne pepper
Cooking spray
1 teaspoon salt




Method of Preparation ( How to Cook):
01. First put the all bread in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until bread crumbs form.
02. Toast the crumbs in a large, dry nonstick skillet over a medium-high heat until crisp and golden, about 2 minutes. Stirring frequently and breaking up the crumbs with a spoon if they begin to stick together and remove it from heat.
03. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. and Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
04. On a plate, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
05. Cut the fillets into 4 by 1-inch strips.
06. A few pieces at a time, dip the fish into the flour mixture, dusting off the excess.
07. And dip the fish in the egg and then the bread crumbs.
08. Arrange on the baking sheet and continue until all of the fish is breaded. Bake until golden and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
09. Now in a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chives and cayenne, if using. Season, to taste, with freshly ground black pepper.
10. When it ready. Just serve hot with sauce.

Beer Battered Fish With Chips:
Beer battered fish with chips one of the delicious cuisine. Its very testy & healthy food. Anybody can cook it on home just follow the recipe. Total time 55 minutes are needed to cook it, for preparation need 25 minutes and cooking time needed 30 minutes.










Ingredients For Chips:

4 large baking potatoes, cut into French fry strips
Oil
Salt

Ingredients For Beer Battered:

1 & 1/2 pounds cod fillets, skinned with bones removed, and fish cut diagonally into 1-inch-wide strips (5 to 6-inches long)
12 ounce bottle beer
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tea spoon House Seasoning




Method Of Preparation(How to cook) - Chips:

01. In a Dutch oven, heat oil to 375 degrees F.
02. Fry potatoes until golden brown, roughly 10 minutes removing with a slotted spoon or spider.
03. Hold in low oven to keep warm while cooking the fish.
04. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F,

Method Of Preparation(How to cook) - Bear Battered:

01. In a large bowl, pour in 1 bottle of beer. Sift 1 & 1/2 cups flour into the bowl, whisking in gently until just combined, stir in House Seasoning.
02. Pat fish dry and season on both sides with salt and pepper and coat the fish in the beer batter.
03. Dredge the pieces of fish in 1/2 cup of remaining flour and slide into oil as coated.
04. Fry fish, turning over frequently, until deep golden and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes.
05. Transfer to a paper towel-lined baking sheet and keep warm in oven.
06. Fry remaining fish in batches, returning oil to 375 degrees F between batches.
07. And serve fish with French fries.

Ingredients For Boneless Fish Stew:

600gm boneless fish, cut into cubes
50gm carrot, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
1 green capsicum, sliced
500gm onion, sliced
4 table spoon seasoned flour
2 table spoon oyster sauce
1 table spoon Worcestershire sauce
2 table spoon olive oil
150ml fish stock
Salt and pepper to taste 






Method Of Preparation(How to cook):

01. First heat oil in a large frying pan.
02. Coat fish with flour and shallow fry until brown.
03. Transfer fish into a deep casserole and sprinkle with onion.
04. Fry capsicum in the remaining juices in the frying pan and add fish stock, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
05. And cook for five minutes.
06. Now pour fried capsicum with juices over the fish and cover the casserole.
07. And finally cook it for ten minutes in medium low heat.
08. After complete your cook serve it hot.

Macher Kochuri (Bengali Fish Recipe):

Ingredients of Macher Kochuri:

For The Filling:
1000 gms Surmai or Betki Fish 
2 inch Ginger
1 table spoon Turmeric Powder
3 table spoon Mustard Oil
1 table spoon Red Chilli Powder
10 cloves Garlic
1/2 table spoon Sugar
2table spoon Panch Phoron
Salt to taste


For the kochuri:
5 cup refined flour (maida or ata)
4 table spoon ghee
groundnut oil for deep fry
salt to taste



Method Of Preparation(How to cook):


01. At first Sieve the flour and salt together.
02. Rub in the ghee and make medium soft dough with water.
03. Keep aside covered with a damp cloth.
04. Now grind ginger and the garlic.
05. And steam the fish with turmeric and little water.
06. Take off the flesh from the bones and mash coarsely.
07. Now heat up mustard oil in a pen(karai) , mix in the ground paste and red chilli powder.
08. Fry it for some time and sugar, salt and fish.mix together finely.
09. Fry, stirring till the mixture becomes dry.
10, Mix in the panch phoron and mix finely. and take off from heat.
11. And now divide the dough into medium sized balls.
12. Roll into thick puris.
13. Put Fish(macher) mixture of stuffing in the center of each puri.
14. Gather the sides, make a ball once again and roll into a puri once again.
15. Again heat up oil in a pen(karai) and deep-fry the puris. It will be better if you fry one puri at a time.
16. After complete try to serve hot.

8 fish fillets
2 table spoon lemon juice
1 table spoon red chili powder
4 red chillies whole
1 table spoon mustard paste
1 table spoon turmeric powder
4 green chillies slit
2 table spoom coriander powder 
1 table spoon garlic paste
1 table spoon mustard seeds
1 bay leaf
2 cup onions chopped
1 table spoon ginger paste
1 table spoon onion seeds (kalonji)
mustard oil for frying
salt to taste



Method Of Preparation(How to cook):

01. Clean and cut fish fillet, wash well, remove excess water and then marinate with lime juice, turmeric powder and salt.
02. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
03. Heat up a pan, mix in 1 table spoon oil, shallow fry marinated fish from both sides until slightly browned.
04. Take off and keep aside.
05. Heat up remaining oil, mix in mustard seeds, kalonji, whole dry red chillies and bay leaf, stir fry for a few minutes till seeds crackles, mix in ginger, garlic paste and stir fry again for a moment.
06. Mix in cut onion and stir fry until slightly brown in colour.
07. Mix in mustard paste, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, stir fry masala nicely until oil starts separating.
08. Adjust water and salt, bring to boil and then mix in shallow fried fish, put green chilli slits on top.
09. Stir fry on a slow flame until fish get cooked and oil starts floating on top of gravy.
10. Take off and decorate with cut green coriander leaves.

Ingredients for Fish Kebab:

900 gm fish
2 tea spoon fresh gingers (finely grated)
2 table spoon plain flour
3/4 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
4 tea spoon coriander powder
1 tea spoon Ggaram masala
1 tea spoon chili powder
1 cup Yogurt
1 table spoon oil
1-1/2 tea spoon Salt



Method of Preparation ( Cooks ):


01. First rinse fish with cold water and pat dry.
02. Now cut fish into 1 inch cubes and set aside.
03. Mix finely all the ingredients to make a marinade.
04. Pour this into large freezer bag and add the fish cubes. Make sure fish is well covered by marinade.
05. And place freezer bag in the refrigerator for two hours.
06. Take away fish from marinade. Discard the marinade and assemble fish cubes.
07. Now first spray the grill lightly with oil and place the fish kebabs on the grill.
08. Cook it for about 4-6 minutes each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
09. When fish Kebab is ready to be served with hot rice.
