Folir Kofta - Bengali Fish Recipe:
Its a traditional delicious Bengali fish cuisine. It can make with foli fish. Easy to make this test dish. Try to make on your kitchen just follow the given recipe.












Ingredients for Folir Kofta:

2 pieces foli fish
1 piece potatoes
1 cup sliced onion (peyaj kuchi)
1 table-spoon chopped onion
1½ tea-spoon coriander seed powder (dhone guro)
3 tea-spoons turmeric powder
1 tea-spoon garam-masala powder
½ tea-spoon red chili powder
3 tea-spoons cumin seed powder
Little sliced coriander leaves
Salt to test



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Remove bone from fish.
02. Boil the potato and make potato pest.
03. Then mix well turmeric powder, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, garam-masal powder, salt and coriander leave with potato pest and make like a flatted cake and keep aside.
04. Boil the water in a pen.
05. When water starts boiling then add boneless fish.
06. If fish enough boil then remove from boil water and cut into pieces (square size). And keep aside.
07. Heat the oil in a separate cooking pen.
08. Add sliced onion and fry for little moment.
09. Then add little water and all kind of masala.
10. Then add fish pieces and cook for little moment.
11. Remove from heat and serve hot with rice.
