Ingredients for Garlic and Piper Fried Red Snapper:

A big size snapper fish
Sauce
Sugar
1 pieces egg
Goalmarich
Corn-flower
Soya sauce




Method of preparation (How to Cook):

01. First clean well the fish.
02. Cut the fish into pieces.
03. Then all above ingredients mix with fish. And keep aside for few moments.
04. Heat the oil in deep fry pen.
05. Place fish into heated oil (Dubo Tele). And fry for 10-15 minutes or until become brown color.
06. When its ready, remove from oil and transfer on paper towel for reduce oil.
07. Decorate it depend on your choice and serve hot with rice.
