Bengali Hilsa Fish Fry Recipe:
Do you know what is favorite fish for Bengalis? If you ask anybody, I think you will get answer- ‘Hilsa is my most favorite fish’ and Maximum people like ‘Hilsa Fry’, its really delicious testy dish. Anybody can easily cook it on home. If you want to test it just follow the given recipe.










Ingredients for Hilsa Fry (Ilish Vaja):
1 Hilsa fish
Red Chilly powder to test
Turmeric powder to test
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Onion barista (fried slice onion)



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First cut the Hilsa into pieces and clean finely.
02. Mix finely the chili powder and turmeric powder and salt with Hilsa (fish), and then marinate the fish for 20-25 minutes.
04. Now heat the oil in a fry pan, and add pieces of Hilsa (fish).
05. Fry the fish until turns to crispy and brown color.
06. Transfer fish on paper towel for drain the excess oil.
07. Garnish with the onion barista and serve hot with rice.
