Green Papaya Juice Recipe - Cold Drink:
Papaya is always healthy fruit. It will be very testy if you make juice of Papaya. There have different kind of Papaya juice, one of them is ‘green papaya juice’. It’s very healthy refreshing drinks. Just follow the given recipe you can make it easily on your home.











Ingredients for Green Papaya Juice:

1 cup sliced papaya
1 cup non-sweet yogurt (Tok Doi)
1 cup water
6-8 table-spoons sugar
2 table-spoons sliced coriander leaves and mint leaves (dhonepata and pudinapata kuchi)
½ tea-spoons bit-salt (bit laban)
½ tea-spoons peppercorn powder (golmarich guro)
¼ tea-spoons cumin powder (Jira guro)
Salt to test
Crushed ice as required 



Method of Preparation (how to Cook):

01. Place all above ingredients except crushed ice into a blender.
02. Then blend in finely.
03. When juice is ready then place in a drinking glass or mug.
04. Mix the crushed ice with juice and serve immediately.

Ingredients for Mango Milk Shake:

½ liter liquid milk
1 cup mango ice-cream
1 cup mango purees (tukra)
Ice as required



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Mix together all the ingredients (milk, mango puree, mango ice-cream and ice) in a blender.
02. Then blend finely until become smooth.
03. Now your mango milk shake is ready.
04. Transfer it on glasses and serve with cold.

Lemon-Banana (Lebu-Kola) Lassi Recipe

Lassi is a very popular drink for Bengali people. Usually we make different kind of Lassi in Ramadan iftar.  Today we giving the recipe of Lemon-Banana (Lebu-Kola) lassi.It will great choice who likes to keep different kind of cold sweet flavor drinks in Iftar. Anybody can easily make this cold & refreshing drink in home.











Ingredients for Lemon-Banana Lassi:

1 Banana
1 cup Tok Doi
1 teas spoon lemon juice
2 table spoons Kajubadam (Cashew nuts)
3 tablespoons honey
Ice as required
Cold water
 


 Method of Preparation (How to make):

01. First cut the banana in small pieces.
02. Blend the Kajubadam (cashew nuts) finely and make smooth paste.
03. Now put all the ingredients (Banana, Doi, Lemon jusice, kajubadam, honey and ice and water) in a blender, then blend finely all the ingredients.
04. After blend, transfer in jogs (glass) and serve with cold.

Salad Basket Recipe for Ramadan

Salad Basket Recipe for Ramadan:
Salad Basket is very easy to prepare and delicious to eat which is highly nutritious also. So I think it will be perfect healthy dish for Iftar in Ramadan. Look at below and try to cook it in your home just follow the given recipe.









Ingredients for Salad Basket:

2 big boiled potatoes (aloo)
2 big boiled sweet potatoes (shakarkand)
2 peeled cucumber (kheera)
2 Tomatoes
2 cup sprouted moong dal
1 cup pomegranate (anar)
2 green chilli (chopped)
6 tea spoons green coriander leaves (dhania patta) (chopped)
3 tea spoon chaat masala
4 tea spoon lime juice
Salt to taste



Method of preparation (How to Cook):

01. First clean the potatoes and sweet potatoes, then boiled all the potatoes and sweet potatoes i a pot. And with for until becomes soft.
02. when its ready, remove from heat and allow sometime to cool.
03. Now cut potatoes, sweet potatoes, cucumber and tomatoes into thick pieces. And scoop them from inside.
04. In a pot put together sprouts moong dal, pomegranate, green chilies and inner part of potato, sweet potato, cucumber and tomato. Then mix salt, chaat masala and lime juice. Mix finely.
05. Put the mixture in hollows of vegetables.
06. Decorate with green coriander leaves and serve.
