Fruit and Nut Salad-Ramadan Recipe:

Ingredients for Fruit & Nut Salad:

12-14 pieces dated (stone removed)
12 pieces canned peach (aadoo)
1 cup mashed (paneer)
2/4 cup mayonnaise
2/4 cup cashew nut (kaju badam) (roasted)
2/4 bunch lettuce (kasmisaag) (chopped)
2 piece Tomato (sliced)
4 tea spoons green chutney
2 tea spoon Tomato chutney



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First mix finely the mashed (paneer), mayonnaise, lettuce and green chutney
02. Then make a layer of it in a plane bowl.
03. Now mix finely the dates, tomato chutney, peaches and cashew nuts, and then place it over the 1st layer.
04. Decorate with tomato slices on top, and now it will be ready for serve.
