Recipe of Fish with Tomatoes, Olives and Capers:
It’s a delicious healthy cuisine. It’s really very testy and healthy food. If you don’t able to cook it – just follow the given recipe. You cam cook it within 15-16 mutes. For preparation time: 5-6 minutes and cook time: 10 minutes.











Ingredients for Cook:

5-ounce 4 sea white fish
1/2 cup chopped pitted black olives
1 cup canned low-sodium diced tomatoes, with juice
2 table spoons capers
4 tea spoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 tea spoon dried crushed red pepper
2 cups packed fresh baby spinach leaves
Salt and pepper



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First heat 2 teaspoons olive oil over a medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet.
02. Add fish in heat oil and cook until solid in the center, about 2-3 minutes per side.
03. Remove fish from skillet and transfer the fish to a platter and tent with foil to keep the fish warm.
04. Now heat again the remaining 2 tea spoons of olive oil in the same skillet.
05. And add onion and saute in the heat oli and cook it for 2 minutes.
06. Now mix the wine and cook until reduced by half, about 2 minutes.
07. And add the tomatoes, olives, capers and crushed red pepper. And cook for 3 minutes.
08. Stir in the spinach and cook until it is wilted, about 3 minutes.
09. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce over the fish and serve hot.
