Indian Dessert Ras Malai Recipe:
Ras Malai is a famous Indian exclusive dessert item. Its not famous only in India also others country of South Asia. Just read the following recipe and easily can cook on your home...











Ingredients Of Ras Malai:

2 lbs ricotta cheese
32 oz half & half milk
1/2 cup sugar
A pinch of saffron
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1/4 table spoon crushed cardamom seeds
2 table spoon crushed green pistachios





Method Of Preparation(How To Cook):

01. At first mix the cheese with sugar and little cardamom powder and spread out on a baking tray.
02. Keep it at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until it sets.
03. Remove from oven, cool at room temperature and cut into 2" squares.
04. Place them in a dessert bowl.
05. Now mix the other ingredients, except the pistachios well in a separate dish and pour over the squares.
06. Decorate the Ras Malai with pistachios.
07. And chill it for 2-3 hours and then serve.
