Bengali Green Chili Chutney Recipe:
If you like to eat hot exclusive chili Chutney, just follow given recipe and try it on your home, you can cook it easily.












Ingredients Green Chili Chutney:

50 pieces whole green chilies
½ cup mustard oil
½ cup (vinegar) Sirka
1 tea-spoon chopped garlic
2 table-spoons chopped green chili
½ cup sugar
Salt to test
½ tea-spoon turmeric powder
½ tea-spoon red chili powder
1 tea-spoon pachforon
1 table-spoon Tamarind (Tetul)



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Heat the oil in a pen. And add the chopped garlic, chopped green chili, turmeric powder and red chili powder, cook finely all above ingredients.
02. Then add the tamarind, Vinegar (Sirka), Sugar and Salt. String continuously tills mix finely.
03. Now add the whole green chilies, cook for few moments.
04. When all the ingredients mix or cook finely then remove from heat.
05. Your chutney is ready now.
06. Allow few times for cool, and then you can place it on a bottle or serve instantly.
