Pineapple (Anarosher) Chutney Recipe:
It’s my one of the favorite chutney. Just today also I take it. My mother can make it very nicely in home. Today I follow how can make it and now try to share on my Blog. It’s not critical to prepare. Just follow the recipe to cook it on your home.









 Ingredients for Pineapple Chutney:

1/4 big size pineapple
1/2 table spoon raisins
2 bay leaves
2 - 4 table spoon sugar
1" ginger chopped
1/8 tea spoon mustard seeds
1 tea spoon oil
Salt to taste


Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First remove the hard core of the pineapple.
02. Cut them into fine sizes. Keep a side.
03. Now heat up oil in a kadai or pen.
04. Add the mustard seeds with oil.
05. And when it starts to crackle, add pineapple with it.
06. Stir fries it for few minutes and adds salt.
07. Now add 1 cup of water and sugar with pineapple. And also add 2 bay leaves, raisins and cut ginger.
08. Boil at low temperature till the chutney is thick.
09. When it is thick or well cooked remove from heat.
