Ingredients for Korai Goshto:

1 kg boneless beef (gorur mangsho)
150 gm chopped ginger (ada bata)
50 gm chopped garlic (rosun bata)
1 tea-spoon turmeric powder (holud gura)
1½ tea-spoon red chili powder (morich guru)
Chopped coconut as required (narikel bata)
Chopped almond (badam bata)
3 cups milk
250 gm fried onion barista (peyaj kuchi vaja)
Goram Masal as required
Cardamom as required (elachi)
Cinnamon sticks as required (darchini)
Oil as required
Salt as required 



Method of preparation (How to Cook):

01. First cut the beef into small pieces, almost make 100 pieces.
02. Heat the oil in a pen, then add the ginger, garlic, goram masala, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, turmeric powder, chili powder, coconut, almond, milks, and salt, and fry for 5 minutes.
03. Now add little water and beef.
04. Cook for 1 hour on light heat.
05. Just before remove from heat add the fried onion (peyaj berista)
06.Serve it hot with rice, polawo and chapatti (porota).

Khasta Porota Recipe - Bengali Chapati

Khasta Porota Recipe - Bengali Chapati:
It is delicious Bengali cuisine. Bengali people like to eat it on morning and evening breakfast with mutton, chicken or beef curry. The given below the recipe of it just follow and make it easily on your home.











Ingredients for Khasta Porota:

2 cup refined flour (maida)
4 table-spoons ghee (butter oil)
1 egg
1 table-spoon sugar
1 tea-spoon salt
 Water as required



Method of Preparation (how to Cook):

01. First melt the ghee.
02. Mix finely the flour, sugar, salt in a deep pen (ball), then mix 2 table-spoons ghee and egg with the flower mixture. Make sure all the ingredients mix finely.
03. Now mix the enough water with flower mixture and knead into soft dough.
04. Divide the dough into 3 portions equally.
05. Roll out each portion into a plan brad or chapatti.
06. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.
07. Now spread a little ghee on a flat pen or tray.
08. Keep one chapatti on it, then apply some ghee to the chapatti and gently pull the edges of the chapatti so that it gradually spreads into a thin one.
09. Fold into half and again into half to resemble a triangle.
10. Again keep it covered with a damp cloth.
11. Now preheat up the oven to 190ºc. And gently pat each triangle to a fairly thin chapatti.
12. Keep them at least 10 cm apart on the baking tray.
13. Bake in the oven at 190ºc for about 30 minutes.
14. Remove from oven and serve hot with curry.

2 cups macaroni
1 table-spoon almond (Badam)
50 gm boiled porn
1 egg
2 table-spoons coconut pieces (cut in small size)
100 gm chicken meat
1 cucumber (Sosha)
1 Tomato
1 Potato
1 carrot
½ cup sliced capsicum (Capsicum kuchi)
1 table-spoon oil
1 tea-spoon salt (or depend on your test) 

For dressing:2 table-spoons lemon juice
Little chopped garlic (ek chimti rosun bata)
1 tea-spoon olive oil
2 green chilies
Little bit-salt (bit lobon ek chimti) 



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Mix salt with the macaroni, then boil it and remove from water.
02. Boil the egg and potato.
03. Cut the chicken into small pieces, clean and rinse the chicken.
04. Mix well the salt and chilies powder with chicken meat, and then boil the meat.
05. Cut potato like a cube.
06. Fry lightly the boiled egg, meat and potato.
07. Slice the egg. Cut the cucumber, tomato and carrot into small pieces.
08. Now mix together the almond, porn, coconut and olive oil finely. Then add with macaroni.
09. Mix together the lemon juice, chopped garlic and olive oil in small bottle. Then add with macaroni.
10. Cover it and keep in refrigerator for few minutes just before serve.
11. When it enough cold bring out from refrigerator and mix little bit-salt with it and serve.

2 cups chicken chest meat (Murgir buker mangsho)
5 baby-corns
1 table-spoon lemon juice (lebur rosh)
½ tea-spoon ball-chilies powder (Golmarich guro)
½ tea-spoon Soya sauce
½ tea-spoom chopped garlic
½ tea-spoom ginger juice
½ chilie powder
1 tea-spoon salt
1 cup corn flower
1 & ½ cup oil.
Wood or metal sticks.



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Cut the meat like a cube.
02. Cut the baby-corn size like meat pieces.
03. Mix all the ingredients with baby-corn and meat, and then keep the mixture inside a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
04. Heat the oil in a pen. And make paste of corn flower.
05. Put a piece of meat and baby-corn into a stick.
06. Now sticks mix with corn flower, and fry it on heated oil till becomes brown color.
07. After fry all the sticks, then serve hot with sauce.

4 pieces Berger Brad
2 boiled Potatoes (Alo)
½ cup sliced Carrot (Gajor Kuchi)
½ cup green beans (motorshuti)

1 table-spoon capsicum
2 pieces sliced green chilies
Sliced Tomatoes
2 tea-spoons lemon juice
1 egg
Lettuce leaves
2 table-spoons toast powder
2 table-spoon oil
1 tea-spoon salt



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Cut from middle of the Berger brad pieces and heat the brad pieces in a non-stick pen.
02. Mix finely the green beans, carrot, capsicum, green chilies and lemon juice with boiled potatoes and make cutlet of potato mixture.
03. Now beat the egg in a small ball,
04. Mix the cutlet with egg, then mix with toast powder and keep in a refrigerator for 5 minutes.
05. Now heat the oil in a pen and fry the cutlet till become brown color. Make sure both side cook finely.
06. Place the lettuce leaves and cutlet inside brad.
07. Decorate with sliced onion and tomato on top of cutlet and serve it hot.

3 kg mutton (kahshir mangsho)
1 cup non-sweet yogurt (tok doi)
¼ cup sweet yogurt (misti doi)
½ kg sliced onion (peyaje kuchi)
½ kg chopped onion (peyaje bata)
3 table-spoon chopped ginger (ada bata)
1 & 1/2 table-spoon chopped garlic (rosun bata)
½ tea-spoon turmeric powder (holud gura)
1 table-spoon chopped green chili (kacha morich bata)
1 tea-spoon red sweet chili powder (misti morich guru)
2 table-spoons chopped cashew nut (pestabadam bata)
6-7 pieces whole green chili
6 pieces cinnamon sticks (darchini)
6 pieces cardamom (elachi)
6 pieces bay leaves (tejpata)
½ cup ghee
1 cup oil
Hot water
Salt



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. Cut the mutton (make 1½  inches mutton pieces)
02. Mix finely the ginger, garlic and salt with muttons.
03. Heat the oil and ghee in a pen, then add sliced onion (peyaje kuchi) and fry it till cum brown color.
04. Now add mutton mixture with fried onion. String it frequently, adds hot water.
05. Cook mutton tills enough boiled.
06. When its boiled enough then add the chopped onion, cumin powder, sweet chili powder, chopped green chili, non-sweet yogurt (tok doi), sweet yogurt and cook finely (kochiya nite hobe)  till mutton become top of oil. Then add the cashew nut and cook finely (valovabe kochiya nite hobe) for few minutes.
07. Now add the cardamom (elachi), cinnamon (daruchini), bay leaves (tejpata), whole green chili and hot water, and cover it until mutton become soft.
08. When mutton becomes top of oil (taler upore ashle), then add whole green chilies and remove it from heat.
09. Serve it hot with rice, pulao and porate.

1 table-spoon raisin (kichmish)

Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First heat the ghee in a pen, then add Semai and fry for 2-3 minutes.
02. Boil the milk in a deep pen, continue heated the milk until enough thick (like ½ of 1 lit). Keep hit very low or stop hitting the milk.
03. Now add the Semai with boiled milk, then add sugar syrup and salt.
04. When semai and milk missed finely then add sliced groundnut (Badam Kuchi) and raisin (kichmish).
05. And you can serve it hot and cold both way depend on your test.

1 table-spoon chopped garlic (rosun bata)
1 table-spoon sliced green chilies (kacka morich kuchi)
½ table-spoon turmeric powder (holud gura)
1-table-spoon tomato sauce
Oil as required
Salt to test

For Ruti:
1 cup refined flower (Moyda)
1 cup milk
1 egg
Water as required
Salt to test

For Fry:
Toast powder (Toaster guru)
1 egg, beaten
Oil



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

Filling:01. For the filling, heat the oil in a pen, then add chicken and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
02. Add the garlic, cumin powder and salt cook continue, string it occasionally.
03. When chicken is cook enough, then add the carrot, onion, green chilies and tomato sauce, string the mixture to make sure all the ingredients mix finely. And keep aside.

Pen Cake (Ruti):
01. For pen cake (ruti), mix finely the refined flower, milk, egg and water. Mix gradually to make soft dough. Press the dough and divide the dough equally into balls.
02. Flatten each ball between the palms and roll into thin 8 cm-discs or into 4 inch-rounds. Pen cake (Ruti) is ready for filling.
03. Now filling the each ruti with chicken vegetable mixture. And make roll.
04. Beat egg in a ball, and then mix finely the roll in beaten egg.
05. Then roll mix with toast powder.
06. Heat the oil in a deep fry pen, then add roll in oil and fry it till come brown color.
07. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
