Bengali Begun Bhaja (Brijal Fry) Recipe:
Begun Bhaja (Brinjal Fry) is a one of the favorite traditional vegetable cuisine for Bengali people. Its very easy to cook. Just follow the recipe you make it easily on home.












Ingredients of Begun Bhaja:

1 large size Brinjal
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon chilies powder
Mustard oil to fry
Salt



Method of Preparation (How to Cook):
01. Clean the Brinjal finely and cut it into half inch round slices.
02. Mix salt, chilies powder and turmeric powder with the slices Brinjal.
03. Now heat up the oil in a pen to smoking point.
04. Take off heat, cool slightly and then reheat again.
05. Now add the Brinjal pieces and fry it till crunchy and brown.
06. And serve it hot.
