Dessert Coconut ( Narikel) Barfi Recipe:
Coconut Barfi is a great South Asian dessert cuisine, specially in Bangladesh its very famous. It’s very popular sweet dessert dish for Indian, Bengali and Pakistani people. There give below recipe of Coconut Barfi (Narikel Barfi).

Note: It’s not suitable for diabetic patient. Without sugar you can cook for Diabetics patient.






Ingredients for Coconut Barfi:

225 gm dry and ground coconut
225 gm Khoya
1 tea spoon ground cardamom seeds
1 table spoon ghee
2 & 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1/2 tea spoon grated almonds
1/2 tea spoon grated pistachios
Salt if required



Method pf Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First mix together khoya and coconut and fry them lightly with ghee on a low temperature.
02. Now adds the cardamom and mix finely.
03. Prepare the syrup by dissolving sugar in the water. And stir the coconut mixture into the syrup.
04. Grease the plate and spread the grated nuts on it.
05. Spread the prepared (Coconut mixture) evenly over the plate and allow sometime to cool.
06. Now using the knife, cut it into your desired shapes.
07. Turn them over so that nuts covered part appears on the top.
08. Now Coconut Barfi is ready to be served.
