You can add various flavors to yogurt depending on your choice. Salty Lassi is one of them. This delicious beverage is made by blending yogurt with water, salt, and spices until frothy. Just follow the given recipe you can make it easily on your home.
Ingredients for Salty Lassi:
3 cups plain yogurt
1 cup cold water.
1 fresh green chili, seeded and finely chopped
½ tea spoon ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro (coriander) or mint leaves to decorate
Crushed ice
Method of Preparation (How to Make):
01. First pour the yogurt and water into blender and blend it for 1 minute.
02. Add in the chili, cumin, season to taste with salt and pepper and blend together finely.
03. Serve over crushed ice.
