Kucho Amer Achar - Bengali Chutney:
“Kucho Amer Achar” is a one kind of Bengali traditional chutney. Easy to prepare it just follow the recipe.













Ingredients for Kuchu Amer Achar:

4 - 5 raw mangoes (grated)
1/2 kg jaggery
1/2 cup mustard oil
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon panch phoron powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste





Method of Preparation (How to Cook):

01. First mix finely the grated mangoes, jaggery, turmeric powder and salt.
02. And keep the mixture in the sunlight for about 5-6 days at a stretch.
03. Now mix on its red chili powder and panch phoron powder and leave it again in the sunlight for another 5-6 days.
04. Finally mix with it the mustard oil just before bottling and preserving it.
