2 table spoon cumin seeds
1 table spoon lemon juice
570 ml water
2-3 dried red chilies
15 gm fresh mint leaves
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon sugar
Method OF Preparation (How to Make):
01. At first heat a cast iron or other heavy-based pan and dry roast the cumin seeds until they are a shade darker, and crush them lightly.
02. Put water in a saucepan and bring it to boil. And add cumin, chilies, mint, salt and sugar.
03. Cover the pan and simmer it for 15 minutes.
04. Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat. Allow the drink to cool, and then strain into individual glasses.
05. Serve as an appetizer or during meals. It can be served at room temperature or chilled.
