Kairi (raw mango) Panha, is a summer drink. Usually the summers in our country are very hot and we need of some cool, refreshing and energetic drink. Just follow the recipe we can make it home easily.
Ingredients for Kairi Panha:
Raw mango Pulp - 1 cup
Jaggery or sugar - 1/2 to 1 Cup
Saffron strands - 1/4 tea spoon
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt – depend on test
Method of Preparation (How to cook):
01. Boil water in a pot.
02. Clean the mangoes. And put mangoes in the boil water and boit it for 10-15 minutes or until become soft.
03. Remove the mangoes from heat and let the mangoes cool.
04. Now remove the skin and the inner seed and keep the pulp and blend the pulp finely with the jaggery in the blender.
05. And add well cardamom powder and saffron. The thick pulp is ready.
O6. Keep the thick pulp and keep it in the fridge.
07. Put ¼ glass pulp into a glass. Add top with cold water. Stir to mix finely.
08. Add ice cubes and serve it.
