Ingredients for Raisin Bread:
1 kg refined flower
150 gm sugar
50 gm cheese (makhon)
20 gm esto
10 gm improver powder
1 pieces egg
275 gm raisin
15 gm salt
Water as required
Method of Preparation (How to Cook):
01. Combine all above ingredients and make soft dough (khamir).
02. Place inside oven at 200 degrees C for 35 minutes.
03. Remove from oven and cut it into a 400gm pieces.04. Remove from oven and allow times for cold.
