Ingredients for Tomato Yogurt Drinks:

250 gm tomato (paka)
250 gm non-sweet yogurt (tok doi)
1 cup water
1 tea-spoon bit-salt (bit labon)
½ tea-spoon peppercorn powder (golmarich guro)
8 table-spoons sugar
Salt to test
Crushed ice as required



Method of preparation (How to Cook):

01. Boil the water in a pot, and then add tomatoes (tomto halka kore achor kete nite hobe).
02. When it’s boiled for first time then removes the tomato from water.
03. Allow few moment for cold the tomato.
04. Remove skin from tomato.
05. Divide the tomato into two pieces, and then remove tomato seeds from insight.
06. Now slice the tomato finely and place in a blender.
07. Place other ingredients (except ice) in this blender.
08. Now blend finely all the ingredients.
09. Add crushed ice and serve.
