Chocolate Log Cake Recipe for Christmas Day:

Ingredients for Chocolate Log Cake:

8 pieces egg
200 gm sugar
200 gm refined flower (Moyda)
5 gm vanilla
50 gm cheese (makhon)
20 gm coco powder
100 gm dark chocolate cream




Method of preparation (How to Cook):

01. Beat egg and sugar finely.
02. Then mix refined flower (sheke nite hobe) with bitted sugar and egg.
03. Heat the cheese (gulia nita hove), and then vanilla and cheese mix together finely and make soft dough (khamir).
04. Pour into cake pan which has been sprayed with non stick coating.
05. Place it oven at 356 degrees F (180 C) for 20 minutes.
06. When it’s ready, remove from oven and allow time for cold.
07. Then cut into pieces, garnish with dark chocolate cream and serve.
